After an initial site meeting with Simon, I felt confident that he would take care of the whole planning process from start to finish. Six months later I have the planning consent for change of use on my grade 2 listed B1 use shop to convert into a house. I would highly recommend Simon Morgan for his professionalism, and his level of knowledge within the industry, and his fantastic network of building contractors that he works alongside.
