Planning Approval

We are delighted to confirm that we received planning permission for internal alterations to create an additional 2 bedroom holiday cottage in Lytchett Matravers. Followers of MDS will recall that we obtained permission for this site back in 2018, and were involved in the construction phase during 2021/2022. The client is running a very successful holiday cottage business, and we were tasked with creating a third unit, within the footprint of the carport and storage areas.

We made a final site visit to the Dolphin centre in Poole recently to carry out an end of 12 months defects inspection. The project was the relocation of the Oakdale Adult Education facilities into a bespoke refurbishment of redundant shop units within the Dolphin Centre Building. It was completed in August 2022, and has been up and running since last September. The new facilities have been extensively used and seen hundreds of classes run, and yet still look in amazing condition, and are very much appreciated by  BCP Council and all that use the new Adult Ed Facilities.
