We are excited to be working with a new client on this site in Norfolk. Converting and extending a redundant windmill into a new 4 bedroom house, along with refurbishment and extensions to an existing farmhouse and annexe building to create further new homes. Architectural and Principal Designer roles. Looking forward to progressing this one.

We made a final site visit to the Dolphin centre in Poole recently to carry out an end of 12 months defects inspection. The project was the relocation of the Oakdale Adult Education facilities into a bespoke refurbishment of redundant shop units within the Dolphin Centre Building. It was completed in August 2022, and has been up and running since last September. The new facilities have been extensively used and seen hundreds of classes run, and yet still look in amazing condition, and are very much appreciated by  BCP Council and all that use the new Adult Ed Facilities.

Well 2020 hasn’t really gone the way anyone envisaged, but despite the problems that lockdown created for us all, we are very pleased that in conjunction with BCP Council and Stepnell Construction, we were able to get the Shore Road project completed at the beginning of June. Exciting new, fresh beach huts and community facilities for all to enjoy! Lets hope the summer is a long hot one!

Works at Shore Road in Sandbanks are on going. This project involves new beach huts, beach office, changing facilities, beach kiosk and other facilities and improvements. Weather is causing disruption to the programme, but completion is due by Feb 2020.
