Planning Approval for 2 new detached houses

Another happy client, another planning approval. This time creating 2 new 4 bed, 1400sqft detached houses in North Dorset. This has been a lengthy planning application process, some 18 months from time of registration. We have needed detailed lighting strategy reports, detailed slow worm and bat surveys, and negotiations over the Biodiversity Net gain. All having to be carefully designed around the ecological requirements of the site and detailed approval from Natural England. But, we got there through our careful and considered approach, negotiation skills and management.

Planning Approval North Dorset

Planning Approval

Another happy client, another planning approval. This time creating a new 3 bed, 1000sqft detached house in North Dorset. Thanks to Dorset Council for turning this one round quickly. This was a Variation of Condition Application, seeking approval for  Removal or Variation of a Condition following Grant of Planning Permission. Our client purchased this site with a planning permission for a new dwelling. But there were some changes requested to the original approved layout, to make the scheme more viable, and property more saleable in line with current market fluctuations and requirements. The changes also allowed us to improve the parking/turning arrangements on site for vehicles, making access/egress safer.

Another happy client, another planning approval. This time creating a new 2 bed 4 person single storey dwelling of circa 70m², compliant with nationally described space standards. Created by severing a garden to an existing property in Poole, which will be refurbished as part of the works.

Planning Approval for 5 Houses

Sunday, March 21st, 2021

Delighted to have obtained planning permission for 5 new detached luxury houses, on land in Ashley Heath. Working closely with Pure Town Planning consultants, this application has run for over a year, with the pandemic creating big issues with the LPA’s ability to deal with applications. But perseverance and dedication by all the team, led to the approval being issued on Friday. great end to a great week.

New Housing in Pimperne

Planning Permission was granted earlier this year for 7 new build houses on the site of the former Post Office and neighbouring bungalow, in Pimperne, North Dorset. Simple designs, with attractive brick detailing, in a beautiful village environment. The client may be looking to sell the site on with the permission, so if anyone is interested please contact us through the website.

New Flats in Parkstone

Friday, February 26th, 2021

New development for a total of 18 flats was this week granted Outline Planning Permission, on the site of three houses in Parkstone, Poole. We worked with Pure Town Planning, and with them submitted two separate applications, thus avoiding the affordable housing threshold.

Planning Approval at Poole Quay

Friday, February 26th, 2021

Delighted to have obtained planning permission this week for a development of office space and 8no: 1 bed flats on the site of a former Public House at Poole Quay. We worked with our colleagues at Pure Town Planning, and despite a lengthy application period, perseverance and communication/negotiation with the planning officers allowed them to reach a delegated officer decision for approval.
