⭐️ Project Revisited – Lytchett Matravers – Poole⭐️

Back in September of 2014 we put together a package of planning and building regulation drawings for severing the large garden of a property in Lytchett Matravers and building a new detached family home for a local developer. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and with views extending towards the Purbecks – this is a lovely property that still looks great.

⭐️ Project Revisited – Lilliput – Poole⭐️

Back in the summer of 2018 we put together a package of planning and building regulation drawings for redeveloping and extending this property in Lilliput, Poole.

Great property, in a great location, but needed an overhaul to bring it up to date and reflect the character of the neighbourhood. The owners embraced it and carried out the refurbishment work beautifully.

⭐️ Planning Approval Secured – Another happy client ⭐️

September 18th, 2026

We’re delighted to share that Dorset Council approved this planning application within 6 weeks of submission. This gorgeous cottage in the small village of Alweston in North Dorset, will be extended with a contemporary glazed extension, with vaulted ceilings, creating a wow factor kitchen/dining space, and a small porch extension to accommodate the WC and Utility Space. We’ve even created some considered space for the bats within the minimal roof space.  Construction works will start soon – look forward to seeing this one when completed.

In September 2018 we obtained planning and building regulation approvals for our proposals for renovation and extensions to this tired 1960’s chalet bungalow. The whole place was overhauled, and changed from a small 2 bed bungalow into a quality 5 bedroom family home. The client was delighted and building works were completed soon after.

⭐️ Planning Approval Secured – Leisure Centre Extension ⭐️

We’re delighted to share that BCP Council approved our application for a Two Storey Extension to the Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre in Christchurch, at their August planning committee meeting.  This follows on from our initial feasibility studies at this site, started 5 years ago, and numerous cost appraisals, and more recently – many months of investigations and compiling supporting information. Thanks to everyone involved, such as, GTree Ltd, ACS Land Investigations, KP Ecology, The Landscape Service, Godsell Arnold Partnership, and many others. And many thanks to the BCP Planning Officer and her team for their cooperation and commitment, in working with us to get this across the finishing line.

⭐️ Project Revisited – SW2 London Borough of Lambeth ⭐️

August 4th, 2026

Back in February 2020 we put together a package of planning drawings for redeveloping this site in the London Borough of Lambeth. The 0.9Ha site consisted of three pre-fabricated single storey buildings, that previously offered rehabilitation to young people, but had been vacated for some time. Working as a team with Planning, Tree, Highways, Landscape and Ecology consultants, planning approval was granted in November 2020. The site was sold with the benefit of planning, and the construction side was dealt with by others, but the new scheme now complete and occupied, follows the planning design and has created 4no: 5 bedroom family homes, and a Class D1 community facility.

⭐️ Planning Approval Secured – Variation of Condition ⭐️

We’re delighted to share that Dorset Council approved the application for a Variation of Condition, allowing changes to a scheme for a first floor extension to a property in Blandford Forum. 

Construction works are progressing rapidly on site and we look forward to seeing the project completed over the coming months.
