The end of 2012 and beginning of 2013 have been a busy period. A planning application on behalf of the RNLI was lodged to North Somerset District Council just before Christmas, and you can see how the application progresses by going to the North Somerset planning website, and loading the reference number 13/P/0028/F. This is for a new lifeboat station and launch ramp, and follows at least two years of consultation, deliberation and trial runs. The due date for a decision is 22nd March, so watch this space!
